    Deirdre has held many roles on DPAC (Member at Large, Vice Chair, Acting Chair) over the last 4 years before stepping into the Chair role for 2026-2027. What innocently started as helping out with hot lunches when her child was in kindergarten, slowly grew into a passion for advocacy, keeping families connected and informed, and making sure that every learner in SD33 has a voice! Outside of DPAC, you are likely to find her either driving to a dance studio (yes, multiple), gardening or talking to her houseplants 🪴

    Born in Ireland, she also thinks she’s funny… you’ll get used to it.
