DPAC REP REGISTRATION

DPAC Representatives are the elected delegates of their school PACs. They hold the right to vote at Chilliwack District Parent Advisory Council (DPAC) general meetings. Only the elected Representative or Alternate may cast votes or make motions on behalf of their PAC.

To confirm who has voting rights, please have a PAC delegate complete the DPAC Representative Registration below.

In order for DPAC to verify the registration please submit a copy of your PAC minutes showing the election of the Rep and/or Alternate to the DPAC Secretary at dpacsecretary@sd33.bc.ca.

Don’t forget!

All Reps and Alternates must also complete the DPAC Representative Code of Ethics Form.
